    I sure do hope that there are not even more diesels driving around - at least not in front of me where I get their bad smell (and this affects the newest electronic injection models as well).

    And the dangerous particles are not the ones that you can see - it's the really tiny ones (too small for most filtering methods that are able go far down into the lung alveoles and those are causing cancer.
    But we named the *dog* Indiana...

      So Europeen diesel engine aren't more efficient than the ones in the West?

          Don't know. BTW, I'm not saying that they're not efficient (they are), but the story about them being better for the environment is only true when looking at resource-consumption.
