I got very confused and was thinking that they were talking about the colours of the words at the bottom (that you click on) - and thought that it was a joke as the colours always matched the words!
4 seconds is way to long, 1 or 2 seconds would've been a much funnier test. i can say that it took me about 2 seconds to concentrate on the color while my brain was focusing on the word.
Just blur your eyes when staring at the word, you'll still be able to see the color but you won't be able to make out he word, therefore eliminating all confusion!
