Some lazy drivers just park on the pavement blocking it completly down from where I live. Even though theres a good parking place on the road one foot away. If you got a pram you've got to walk in the road and dodge the traffic.
Last night me nicely pissed, a ignorantus had just blocked the pavement while I was walking up. So I walked noisly into it apolagizing while I staggered past. He's stood there going "thats my car" while I'm going "sorry I'm pissed it shouldn't been there anyway". Best thing he moved it and parked it properly.

By the way the same bastered once tried to drive me off the road. I haven't forgotten.
