Compared to it the others are lame....especially since their pieces are becoming damned near microscopic

Don't like fried chicken that much. Fast food fried chicken (say that fast 10 times) is too greesy for me. There's a local place called Stroud's with the best pan-fried chicken there is.

I don't pan fry mine. I use a deep fryer with peanut oil; IMHO the only oil you should use to fry chicken and fish.
