    Rubbish.

The reactors were not originally scheduled to be completed until late 2003. That was pushed back to 2008, mostly due to labor disputes that were brought on by the North Korean government itself doing a little gamesmanship.

I don't think that makes them overdue yet; lemmesee, nope, the calandar still says 2002.

Perhaps you should do one on Europe, and a separate one on NATO - we dont want a confused thread, do we?

it is just that i see a pattern here through the (US) history, your foe's foe is not really your friend. one day he may come back.
Pakistan used a C130 plane supplied by the US to deliever missile parts to North Korea ...

Oh yes lets not forget that for everything that's made and sold we are also responcible for the actions of those using it... it's the US goverments fault for every auto accident, every Windows crash and all those starving in the world.

Personally I think that for every year of higher education the common sense factor is diminished two fold.

Reminds me of a superemely egotistical chemical engineer I had the sad aquaintence of knowing. He isn't allowed by his proffessor to actually practice what he knows in that areana because in reality he flunked out of school. In a compromise the proffessor passed him with the above agreement.

He took that degree and built on it into.. what you may ask? What else other than a PH.D in Education

If you sell them to lets say suspicious people than don't start complaining about it afterwards, thats all i'm saying. Maybe i'm dumb (nice story) or sth. but i see a parallel here to Osama and his former friends of the CIA.

ahh I see your point, we should have hired Miss Cleo's Psychic Network to devine the truth as to what future use anyone we might sell to would be. You know, so we don't sell anything to future suspicious people or goverments.

Nope.....with the admission of the Vilnius conference members, and my feeling about what happens next, the whole European and NATO picture changes in terms of foreign policy and economics. Patience.....

you can at least choose in which direction you go, if you give support to suspicious governments or to the friendly santa clause.

anyway i give up on you guys, i don't need to be made fun of.

You weren't being made fun of, it's just my way of pointing out how limited your vision is on how things work.

Try this instead. In every dealing goverments make, there is always a compromise between what you and what the other side wants. It's that nothing is black and white/ good and bad. It's always a mixed bag of what might be true one day isn't the next. You do have to make a lesser bad guy your bed fellow so you can adjust a worse one's mentality/actions, be it via sanctions, war, etc.

If that person then turns on you later, for whatever reason, then I wouldn't say that what you did was wrong per se, but just another day in the life of beaucratic rhetoric and manipulation aka Spy vs. Spy.
