    One of my favorite recipies from my great-grandmothers cookbook:

    Swedish apple spice cake

    Whenevery I make one for a pot-luck or family event I don't even have crumbs left. Just a highly polished pan

          Me I love cooking, second only to eating. Currently I'm getting ready to cook a nice thanksgiving dinner, complete with 21 lb bird, stuffing, cranberrie sause(home-made), and a nice pie (pumpkin naturaly). I can't wait.

          Also you might try fixing yourself some asparigus soldire spears. Take an egg boil it for about three min get some asparagus and dip it in the soft boiled egg, may sound gross especially to Americans, but don't knock it till you try it

            I live in the BBQ capital of the world...or so we like to call it...Kansas City. You've never had a steak or ribs until you've had it KC style One of my friends and his Dad are award winning BBQ'ers and they make the absolute best BBQ I have tasted.

            I'm persoanlly good at cookies, brownies, pasta and pizza. The staple of a true American bachelor's diet! Though I am no longer a bachelor...

                I microwaved an excellent curry last night. Took it out of the box all on my own too

                    Jammrock;

                    Do you have the Hungry Farmer restaurants in KC? I can remember getting a 20+ oz steak at the one in San Antonio that just about melted in my mouth

                            Tonight I had wine and cheese from around the world... mmmmm.

                            Had a bit of a "guess the price (of the wine) and country (of the cheese" thing in the office. Did alright on the cheese, but my l33t wine skillz were let down by me not spotting a Sancerre... whoops! I claim of course that it was because it was at room temp...

                            Do I feel a wine thread coming on? Oh, go on then

                                Ha! I shall try and convert you... had one friend who never drank wine till she met us... we started her on some easy white wine spritzers, then some nicely chilled sauvignons, then onto the chardonnay and then the reds.

                                Now she won't drink anything else.

                                But don't worry - I drink beer too Bitter in Yorkshire (it's generally crap in London)
