Seconded (i.e. it's definitely for Dogbert). They've just shown this over the past month on Sci-Fi here, so I've been fast-forwarding through it on the way to NGE. Apparently some people think it's the greatest work of "erotic horror" ever.

PS: BTW, it's anime, not manga. Manga is the comics, anime is the cartoons. "Watching some manga" probably isn't all that interesting.
