      Rich,

I read your post, and sadly have to agree with Dogbert.

Stop pandering to the fundamentalist extremists. They can claim over and over that they are "freedom fighters", or that they are "defending the faith". They aren't, and saying it over and over doesn't change that.

Saudi Arabia is the enemy of the West. I don't know how overt it needs to be. Most 9/11 terrorists were Saudis. The royal family and others with wealth there support the wahabbi missionary movement with all their pockets. This movement sets up mosques and religious schools all over the muslim world which basically teach hatred of the West and provoke holy war against us. They even have the nerve to expect us all to convert to their own pan-arab movement which is disguised as this religion. Terrorism and subversion is the effective result. Everything else is bullshit. They have oil we want? Fine, but why are we giving them money for it which goes toward terrorist attacks against us and our own defamation? If they want to play that way (which is perfectly in line with their backstabbing culture) to hell with them. Just go in and blow them all to hell, then TAKE their oil.
Well why do you think all this stuff is going on with Iraq? I personally want to beat the shit out of anyone that says the war is just over bush making his coronys richer with the deals they'll ink with Iraq after the war. Yes this is a side effect, but in a good way since it lessens depenanicy on Saudi Arabian Oil, which means less money for the House of Saud, and less money to Terrorests in general.

I would personally like to see the US spend more money on getting crude out of Russia and at the same time using Tech to lessen our dependancy on oil. The Russians don't like the friggen Arabs either because of Chencinaya, so this is a good opertunty for them to make some money and get back into the ball game Financaly. Who would of thunk it....this would never been thought of 20 years ago.
Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

So its NOT okay for the Nazi's to have killed 10 French civillians for every one German killed by the French Resistance, but it IS okay for the Americans to kill 10 or more moslems/arabs/ people from the middle east/ whatever for each American killed by Al-Qaeda?

Nope, still cant see how that one works.

I'm sad to see a lot of people here are without education nor culture.

Gurm, I won't even both replying to you, as you made no point.

For Dogbert, I don't expect to either convince or even influence you. You seem like a pro-israeli all the way, and nothing I say will change your way of thinking. However, while you go out to you fancy Tel-Aviv night clubs, I can't imagine how you don't realize there are human beings that just lost their house by israeli bulldozers because they wanted to build a wall there. There are thousands of people living in refugee camps, with no job, no water (70% of it is redirected to the illegal colonies while the palestinian villages with 10 times the population get 30%), with nothing to eat because the israeli army blew up the World Food Bank building which contained millions of dollars in emergency food, and no hope. And when a couple of children are torn apart by an israeli bomb aiming for an "activist", Sharon calls it "a great success".

I find the Israeli government's actions despicable and comparable to Hitler's regime. I hate to hear that a suicide attack occured in israel, and I hate to hear (now constantly) about the palestinian deaths and destruction. I long for peace, and I long for the day the palestinians and the israelis will live side by side in friendship.

Since Bush is president, the situation has become worse and worse. America should step aside and let the UN supervise a peace treaty. But that won't happen because it's not a "US interest" (read $$$).

As for KvHagedorn, sorry pal but you should really open a book now and then. Instead of your solution "Yeah let's go and blow them up and kill them all and take their oil, that'll solve everything!", don't you think solving the root cause of terrorism will help? A peace treaty between Palestine and Israel will stabilize the whole world. That's the only thing that needs to be done to end this era of insane violence we're living.
There are some extremists that still won't accept Israel's existence even after a reasonnable peace treaty and may try to continue the violence. Those are the ones to get rid of.

They are freedom fighters against an occupying force(Israel). I should clarify that I do not justify suicide bombings as I do not justify killing of civilians by the IDF.

The fear factor will simply not work as proven by sharon's policy. He has failed miserably.
