Another question is how much Alchol impairs your driving. When I first started a pint would have certainly done it but I doubt it would have shown above the legal limit it certainly wouldn't.
I've been with people who've driven after 10 pints and theres been no visable differance and no I hadn't been drinking so I could judge well.
I've also been out and had only two pints and woken up with one hell of headache and been slow on response when driving but if I was tested I would have been clear.
The old breath test isn't very good.
