I think its a play on words....

'walkies' is what you do to call a small dog out for exercise,

'Warcry' is a scream before a charge.....

Warkies is what you say to your lap-dog, prior to sending them out for a scrap?

                The Pit:
it was decided months ago.... However, Colin Powell today agreed to 'use the good offices of the UN'. (though he didnt rule out unilateral action....)

The resolution to attack Iraq is a 'twin trigger'. They essentially said that the first trigger was pulled. - that trigger was no-disclosure of all WMD programmes - but how do you know? - thats the second trigger. For a 'material breach' as it was called, Iraq must prevent the wepons inspectors from carrying out their work in ANY material form. They have not done this yet. Obviously the US wants them to, and the wepons inspectors will be probing the areas of the document which the US and UK feel that not all programmes were disclosed......

it is academic, it will be all in in February.....
