  • Demented Christmas songs.

Just curious if anyone else grew up making demented Christmas songs. For example, here are my two favorite:

Randolph the Bull-legged Cowboy (Sung to Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer)

Randolph the Bull-legged Cowboy, had a very shiny gun.
And if you ever saw it, you would even say it glowed.
All of the other cowboys, used to laugh and call him names.
They never let poor Randolph, join in any cowboy games.

Then one foggy Christmas eve, the sherrif came to say.
"Randolph with your gun so bright, won't you shoot my wife tonight?" (yes, a bad line, but it rhymes)
Then all the cowboys loved him, and they shouted out with glee (YEEE-HAW)
Randolph the Bull-legged Cowboy, you'll go down in innnnfaaaaamyyyyyy...

Dashing through the Snow/Jingle Bells (Demented, Batman version)

Dashing through snow, in a loaded Sherman tank.
O'er the hills we go, smashing everything in sight.
    People running scared, chaos everywhere.
What fun it is to blast and shoot and blow up stuff all night.

    oohh...

Jingle bells, Batman smells, Robin laid an egg.
Batmobile, lost it's wheel, and the Joker got away.

Okay, so those are silly. But I loved them as a kid and I can't help humming them every time I hear the originals during the holiday season. If'n ya got a good one, post it.

    Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, reindeer!
Had a very shiny nose, like a light bulb!
And if you ever saw it, saw it!
You could even say it glows. Like a light bulb!
All of the other reindeer, reindeer!
Used to laugh and call him names, like stupid head!
They never let poor Rudolph, Rudolph!
Join in any reindeer games. Like monopoly!

    Then one foggy Christmas Eve,
Santa came to say: Hoe Hoe Hoe!
"Rudolph with your nose so bright,
Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"
Then how the reindeer loved him, loved him!
As they shouted out with glee,
    "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,
You'll go down in history." Like Wayne Gretzky!

That was my version when I was living in Alberta as a kid.
    Titanium is the new bling!
    (you heard from me first!)

"Grandmother got ran over by a reindeer." comes to mind. What a horrible song.
