Stupid speech? I thought it was wrong that Iran was in that group at first, but:

You seem to think that the speech caused the purchase. That's silly to think it could happen in such a short time frame.

It's far, far more likely that the US intelligence agencies knew plenty that we have no clue about.
Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.

You're hilarious even when you aren't trying

First of all the Iranian reactor was ordered from Russia in 1995, almost 7 years before the "axis of evil" speech. Duh....

What was just recently announced was that the reactor cores shell had been delivered to the construction site. Of course the preparation of said site can take years before it's ready for the shell.

Uppance: your whole logic train just derailed...again.

BTW: you could have found this out in about 30 seconds if you'd botherd to use Google or Yahoo before spewing

Secondly the inclusion of Iran in the "axis of evil" is very valid given that Iran funds (more precisely: OWNS) some of the most heinous terrorist groups going: Islamic Jihad, Hizbollah and Hamas.

You know these guys don't you? They're the a**holes who blow up children on their way to school and women on the way to market

Of couse there is also Iran's recent activities in giving refuge to members of the Al Qaeda leadership that escaped Afghanistan. In case you haven't heard of this Al Qaeda connection I suggest you read this Washington Post article from last August;
