Hehe, yeah I remember that too, I was actually scared of him until I was a few years older, he creeped the hell out of me.

He should creep the hell out of kids. But then, what kid didn't love Thriller?

heheh he appearently scares mothers as well with his new "thriller" stunt, dangling babys from 4th floor...

But it`s still a good song, for being the 80`s...

My first memories were of scraping my knees on the cheap carpet my dad had just bought which was like sandpaper. I must have been 1 or so. burnt myself for the next 2 years on it.....hard to forget.

How come every kids seem to have burn themselves?

one of my first memory includes putting a slipper into the VCR and eventually got my dad angry. We had technicians to take it out.

Early memories seem to always be traumatic, hence the burns, scrapes, wrath of Dad and MJ videos.
My earliest memories are of a Dog trying to remove part of my face with it's teeth and the doctors stitching things up. Not long after that I also stepped on a very hot coal burnt one foot pretty bad. Luckily, that was a long time before Thriller, which would have scarred my for life. :P

I rememeber stapling my finger on purpose. This was 1980 or 1981. Eating banana bread from a recipe on the back of a Sesame Street book with Big Bird on the front. My birthday cake in 1980 was a train cake.

                          Edit:
In my case, it's pain and food.
