Yeah well no wonder... Here's some history. What people understood by "Skoda" ten years ago was this:

Well, the Germans seem to have made good use of the Skoda 38T tank in WWII


and the Hetzer tank destroyer (built on its chassis)




There were (still are, but most of them rust in some parking places) lots of those white Skodas (Tempest posted) here.

That red Skoda is actually a prototype that is said to be the VW Corrado replacement. It´s not for sale yet.

there as good as anything out there these days, sure the older ones were dogs, but since ford got hold of them they ploughed some serious money into them and whatever you may say about ford they make very reliable and decent cars these days, high end jags have very few ford associated parts from what i undertsand.
plus the styling is way above any BMW in my opinion, this is a matter of tastes but hey it works for me.

I was at my local BMW dealer last night - I drive by almost every day - and checked out some of their new designs from behind the glass. I actually like the new look. It looks a lot nicer up close than it does via photo. The Z4 is sweet looking, but I'd still rather have an M5. I hope they put the SMG on the M5 one day.

back to the audi/station wagon topic, anyone try driving an audi allroad? sweetest car ive ever driven, especially for a wagon, sporty, yet luxurious handling and feel, you get the superiority you feel in a SUV, but the handling of a car, not to mention the safest ive ever felt in a vehicle, and man, that 2.7 biturbo, mmmmmmm... i love it, best overall car ive driven by far

The modern diesel engine should have inline fuel heaters, fitted as standard.

Also, present day dieseline is light years ahead of yesteryears diesel fuel and waxes at MUCH lower temperatures !!

I know this because of personal experience.. You see, I drive one of these....



Actually its brand new, but our website hasn't changed the image to a Scania "topline" yet. reg... WU52 LUF.

I actually MUCH prefer ERF's.. but Langdons aint got any on their fleet
