Timestamp added to posts seems wrong

If you are seeing the time as wrong (apart from GMT offsets) then either your own systm clock is wrong, you are looking at an old page (remember the time displayed is the time of the request for the page and it is not a realtime clock) or you are looking at a cached page.

Below is a shot of my desktop showing a freshly loaded page and my system time (which is 2 minutes fast!).
