Thanks for all of the support and offers of help. What I will do is first I need to upgrade the news system on the site then I can set up accounts for a people that have volunteered to help out so we can get the front page moving again. I'm hoping things may ease a little in the New Year so I can put more time into the site again, I certainly don't want to see it die and I do still enjoy working on the site when I can but I hate to see it lapse.

I like Ees's idea of you getting a paypal account. I am aware this is costing you money as well as time and effort. This is a community, not just another site, and I'm sure we all want to stick together.
