Dirty bomb thread why was it closed?

Unless some editing went on I couldn't see the reason why it was closed.
For once I agree with RedRed shock horror and if it got into slanging thread I would have deleted the orginal post as I did in the past.
Anyway Joel asked anyone protesting to post here so I did.

Then I guess you did not read too many of the post between SpiralDragon and Dogbert with a few others chiming in.

Closing or deleteing of a thread is not always directed at the original poster but the general direction a thread seems to be headed.
