My thoughts exactly. Paypal likes to take money from your bank account when you tell them to take it from your credit card. Screw them. I'll send you a check. Most definitely. Problem may be.. can we do this in US funds?

I started lurking here sometime before the G200 was released, and would like that to continue.

I just spent all my cash on a P and another monitor. But I can send (Paypal) $50 CAD after the middle of next month. I don't want some symbol or special title. All I ask is for some respect for the LURKers and mini MURCers.

Yep PO box I don't want too mess around with paypal. Don't mind adverts as long as they don't follow your cursor around and pop up in the middle of what you're reading.

Wow, such a sad thread to read. You know I'm in for donating $$$. I can't imagine not coming to MURC. It's really been a great part of my life the last several years and I wouldn't want to give that up. Thanks for leaving options open for us

I think I'll be able to donate 20 euros, but there is one problem. I don't have an international credit card (like VISA), so I vote for a P.O. box.

It would be very sad to see MURC closing down, not only for us, the users, but also for Matrox company. Who will then speak for the quality and the features of their great products, if not us? It will be all NVIdia and ATI everywhere after that!

Despite not having a Matrox card from some time now, this site always felt like home. Heck I start visiting it when I had my Millennium I/m3D and registered right after ordering my G200.

I always admired Ant because of the finantial and time effort he puts on this site, and this wasn´t always recognised by the big M

First and foremost I'd like to thank you for such a great site. I'm sure others here would agree that MURC is much more than just a resource site for Matrox products, but instead has grown into a rather large community of people who just happen to own those products... as shown by the sheer amount of threads in the Soap Box.

I for one would hate to see the site and especially the forums closed, so if you setup a PO Box or even a PayPal account I would gladly chip in as much money as I possibly can (not much at this point, but I know how ever bit can help). Besides any monetary contribution I would be willing to help out with any graphical work that may be needed, as well as any HTML coding (say making the site 100% XHTML and CSS compliant ).

Anyhow I hope we can figure something out, as this is one site I would hate to see be closed due to a lack or money or time.

about the hosting: how many gb/month does the site eat? i guess cpu time is no problem.
