MURC IRC server

Just a quick note, I'll be doing some needed upgrades to the MURC IRC server this weekend, so the IRC component of the front page as well as the IRC server itself will be unavailable for a period of time probably Saturday morning US East Coast time.

This does not affect MURC forums, just the IRC server.
