The links on the top menu bar still reference http://forums.murc.ws vs. the new site http://www.murc.ws/forums .

Its interesting that the GIF images are coming up fine and they're referenced at the http://forums.murc.ws/ site yet the links bring up your vBulletin Message. the dns query for www.murc.ws and forums.murc.ws are two different queries.
odds are your isp's dns server queried dns.burst.net for www...
and dns1.burst.net for forums....Juu nin to iro
