Problem uploading a .jpg attachment (for the guess the place thread)

Tried to attach a jpeg image and got these errors:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10002 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid 0 in /includes/functions_file.php on line 280

Warning: filesize(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10002 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid 0 in /includes/functions_file.php on line 286

English doesn't borrow from other languages. It follows them down dark alleys, knocks them over, and goes through their pockets for loose grammar.
