Actually the support guys have been pretty responsive so far,
had a few issues with sales, and my CC. - non US card... Living in Japan, Australian CC from a credit union raised pretty much all of the systems red flags. A few irritated aussiman phonecalls sorted the issue out of if I was a real person or not.Juu nin to iro

I've definitely noticed a speed increase. To me there was a big latency when opening my browser with murc as the default homepage, so I moved away. I'll try it again now
