  • PM - Request Return Receipt

Is it me or is it impossible to send a PM without requesting a return receipt?

When you send a PM you should get a (Javascript) message prompt asking you if you would like to request a read receipt or not. Depending on your browser the "Yes" and "No" buttons may read as various other forms ("OK" and "Cancel" being possible).

Yeah, with me it says OK or CANCEL. If I choose CANCEL, the PM does not get sent.

It's really rather cumbersome usability-wise. I instinctively want to kill the little b*stard right off and so I miss what it's saying

?So you ask for read notifications or don't you send PMs?

More the latter, but if I'm in a rush and click through that prompt, well, then someone is going to get stuck being prompted about a read receipt

huh? But if _I_ click 'cancel' it cancels sending the PM?
