  • Question for Sasq

Is there any way we can keep politically motivated news and science items out of The Lounge and have them only in the sub-forums created for this purpose, please?

I'm beginning to be seriously pissed off with some of the posts here when they would be better in the boards created especially for them.

I thin this belongs in the Site Feedback forum....

He has a point though. It would be nice if especially Mordrid could behave a little better. Moderators never needed to moderate all that much on the MURC, let's keep it that way and play by the rules, please.

Moderators here still don't moderate all that much. In fact, I'd say there is less overall moderation happening.

The point is valid. Threads need to be started in the most appropriate forum. Of course, exceptions have to be made for our DV members

That all said, I'd say the bigger problem is the glut of ME threads. I think a bit of self control and moderation of what gets posted would go a long way to keeping those threads in check. I highly doubt the majority of MURC wants it to be seen as a safe haven for the sort of commentary that is happening.

If a thread is in the wrong location then please report it. Most of the moderators here are extremely busy with jobs and life and as such they don't always take note of misplaced threads.
