3DCenter G550 article

3DCenter has a quite good comparision of the G550-specs (fillrate,bandwidth,...) with ATIs Radeon and NVidias Geforce2 MX400 and Geforce2 GTS.
Two things, though:
1. the G550 specs are of course based on the newest rumors.
2. And of course only vague statements about 3D-features (TnL, Vertex Shader, Matri/ox Skinning, displacement...) all based on rumors as well.

Aus wie immer vertraulichen Quellen ist jetzt zu vernehmen, dass Matrox wahrscheinlich doch nicht die Einführung des G450-Nachfolgers mit dem Namen G550 nächste Woche plant. Der Grafikchip ist aber bereits fertiggestellt und hat den Final-Status, sodass man mit einer offziellen Vorstellung nicht mehr lange warten möchte. Der neue Release-Termin soll jetzt der 19. Juni sein.
