Saw two stores with them. Selling for around $500 U.S. These are being sold by an OEM type vendor that packages the product themselves. Being sold in a plain gray box, with some advertising but no pictures or specs of the card.

Yep, two shops are selling those G400s real cheap. Didn't check the prices. They're not MAXs though.
Picked up a 06-06 Malay 2.26b Northwood yesterday, supposed to be a great overclocker (3 gig possible). Got it for $250 U.S., and retail box too!Comment
