Anyone know phahelia and canopus DV Raptor

I bought Matrox Phahelia 128 couple days ago. My capture card is Canopus DV Raptor. I found the software preview will have some problem. No matter I used DV Rpator Video which Canopus provided or Adobe Premiere 6.5, the source preview on computer will not work at all. However, when the clip put in timeline, the software preview seems work again. I have tried Matrox G500 in my computer instead of Phahelia, it works well even there is some problem in detail search. Moreover, I did download the last version of driver and not work at all, and I sent a help letter to Matrox company more than two weeks but no reply at all. (Did anyone has contacted with their service stuff before?) Anyway, I feel very frustrated especially I spent lots money to buy the Phalhelia 128... Could anyone give me any suggestion?

Please don't buy the Matrox Phahelia 128 if you have canopus DV Raptor card.....
