Matrox has a habit of making announcements on fridays. Guess we'll have to wait till friday.
My machine could use a succesor to my veteran G400MAX, but the Parhelia is still too expensive. If I could get one for around 200$, I'd buy it regardles of banding and stuff like that. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the Sundog....

I wanna kick my G550 out of my case too. But apparently I won't get getting any Parhelia *1.0* based card. Simply because: no DX 9, banding etc.
However, if there's a Matrox triple head (hopefully triple DVI *or more*
), DX9 card w/out banding, I will be paying no matter how much it costs (a kidney and legs lol)

IMO no go though... remember Haig said G-series drivers will come first before the anounsment? And they usually release them on Friday. Today's friday, and no drivers, so probably an extra week to waitOriginally posted by UtwigMU
Next Tuesday perhaps - closest tuesday to middle of the month.
well... who will get a sundog when a R9600 w/128MB costs around the same
