Would you buy one if it existed? Hey who knows, if there is enough interest we might be able to convince Matrox to bring one out...

Not me.
Like Chrono, I think a separate card for capture is a better answer.
That's where RT.x10 and RT.x100 come in....Core2 Duo E7500 2.93, Asus P5Q Pro Turbo, 4gig 1066 DDR2, 1gig Asus ENGTS250, SB X-Fi Gamer ,WD Caviar Black 1tb, Plextor PX-880SA, Dual Samsung 2494s

I like(ed) my AIW 8500DV, but it doesnt seem to work anymore (couldnt check it, since I was away for a while), and it is definitly cheaper than normal card + rtX10(0). Drawback is that there is only 1 vga connector (but i cant afford a 2nd monitor at the moment anyway).

Though the RTX.10 is nice, it doesn't come cheap! (Duh)
I think for the non-semi-pro (aka newbie / multi-media user), they should grab a non-VIVO card + TV card (an RRG / TV2000 XP)
That way, you can tweak your gfx card easier (VIVO cards are packed with TV tuners etc) and don't have to upgrade another VIVO card if your graphics card gets outdated (gfx cards grow so fast, its a matter of ~1/2 years MAX lifespan)
Another thing... I really want to see a "Rainbow Runner" with optional link you can connect to the gfx card for increased quality/speed. (Like the RRG, but does not force you to use it with a G400/G200)

I wouldn't mind Matrox making an el-cheapo (with Matrox quality) PCI TV-tuner card though...DM says: Crunch with Matrox Users@ClimatePrediction.net
