Yeah, the 32bit/66mhz cards exist (such as adaptec and promise), and if they support 3.3V then they'll - most likely - work in the 64bit/66mhz slots. Operation is entirely down to how well the makers tested it with the 64bit/66mhz slots it appears though.

Euhm, there are 32 bit PCI cards that run at 66 MHz (could be that they are intend for use in 64 bit slots; not to slow down the bus; I don't know about that).
