I don't know how you do it. I tired tech support, and lasted 3 months. I am just not a people person. Now I am a Network Admin, they are supposed to be grumpy.

But I like my job, at least with this company. They don't push me around like in other call centers and I have a LOT of sweet benefits. Like a 7.1mbit connection at 13.50$ a month and 300 channels of free digital cable. That helps.

Sometimes you gets clients like the last guy I'm listening to. He's been talking on his own, spewing nothing but crap. I tried talking to him but it's like talking to a machine with automated answers. Plus he isn't making much sense. He's using big terms, but that's probably to make him sound smart, but the stuff he's talking about makes absolutely no sense. He can form phrases, but if you were to listen to this guy you'd be so lost. I don't even know what the hell he's talking about.
Here's an example of what he's saying.
Client: This guy is using my account number to use his telephone number as his password for my login with my account user information so that he can access my information via his account to then use my email address for him own use via my connection....
And on and on he talks without any real direction and without knowing what he's talking about. I stopped listening to him after 10 minutes and I muted my microphone and yet he's still jabbering away like an idiot. It's amazing, he's been blabbing away for 30 minutes now and he still doesn't make any sense.Titanium is the new bling!
