It's like the time my friend got a 4$ ticket for doing 2km/h over the limit.

I don't blame the cops for this one. A report was filed, and they had to check up on it. This time, they really were doing their job. If you read the article, the cop seemed kind of annoyed to even have to respond to such a stupid call.
