  • any one intrested?

as most of you know i am dyslexic......

but on the other hand i have writen 3 play scripts, 2 sceen plays and a whole lot of poems....

recently i have begun writing a cuple of screen plays but i have finaly accepted the fact that inspight of the fact that people think i am a very good and creative writer i cant write these.... i am finding it too dificult to nail down exactly what i have in mind....

so if there is any one intrested here in colaborating with me on a screenplay let me know.... i could show you some of the stuf i have writen befor to get the feel of what i am looking for... usualy i like a somewhat abstract, existencialist, expretionist, dark, high on emotions, some humer kind of styl...

who ever endes up helping me will get up to 70% share of the script in the event the movie that i turn it into miraculously sels...

    any one intrested?

You are perhaps the most intelligible dyslexic I've met. I have talked off and on with this chap from Britain who claims to be dyslexic, but his disability runs MUCH deeper than simple dyslexia.

I think that any differences of opinion we have aside, you are doing just fine.

That said, I'm not interested in a screenplay. But I hope you find someone.

    I have spoken.

I'm the least you could do, oh yeah

    I would still get screwed

Screenplay? If I had any clout, I would have been a screenwriter and director together. I think that most great films are auteur works. I don't have any clout, I'm not Jewish or liberal, and I don't live in California, so I never stood a chance in our wretched cliqueish film industry. I never bothered to pursue it.

well not that intrested in a holywood type film.... i am more inspiered by the likes of bergman, fritz lang, kurasawa, qubrik and others of the sort.... so if this intresets any of you let me know...

Gurm: i did not expect such a post from you... thank you for the incouragment is all that springs to my mind at the moment... my case of dyslexia is not very sever but it was far worse 10years ago... the only thing that helped me overcome most of my dificulties was my strong will not to give up... i spent alot of time in the library... strated with comic books that used to take me more than a month to finish reeding... scaled that down to a week and then finaly 1 day.... after that i moved on to fiction books,,, and then to philosophy, CS, and Astronomy books..... it wasnt untill i had worked hard on my self and i was 16 by then...

well the point is that inspite of all that i know that i am lacking when it comes to writing..... inknow what i want to write but it never comes out right on paper.... pluse i have problems with details..
which is why i need a partner....

I'm a bit of a fan of Fritz Lang and Stanley Kubrick, myself. I did a bit of writing in college, and although my novel seems to have stalled, I'd be willing to take a look at your work, if nothing else, at least to critique it.

People tell me I'm good with dialogue and characterizations. It'd be useful to see if they're right.

Drop me a private message. We'll trade email addresses (don't be offended if I'm a little slow responding).
