I suppose it is debatable on whether or not the cop should have shot the dog. We don't know how bad it was hurt initially. Yes, the owner should not have let it get loose. But damn! If you're goona put an animal out of their misery make sure you actually ****ing kill them and not make them suffer more.

I'm questioning the cops judgment in shooting the dog in the first place... apparently the dog wasn't all that horribly injured by the car if it was able to stand up inside a plastic bag inside a freezer after being shot in the head. Also, how did he manage to shoot the dog in the head without killing it? I thought the idea of an "execution" was to put the bullet through that squishy pink thing inside the skull called a "brain," not poke holes in the various surrounding parts. But then again it's just a dog, not like it was a cat or something... then I'd actually be angry about the whole thing.
