Just heard it, we are loosing 4-1 with Czechs.
If they don't pull together (Danmark is newcommer from B group, we won 2 friendly matches against them recently), USA will wind up in B group.Comment

For those not quite up to current happenings: The sport is ice hockey and the event(s) is/are the first game(s) played in this year's World Championships.
I could laugh, but I won't because then Team Austria would be sure to kick the... uhm... living daylights out of Team Finland later today

I think Finland will make it to final 3.

Because our best hockey and basketball players are in the NHL and NBA where they can become millionaires.
Soccer players only make real money through endorsements...which means the World Cup etc.

Not entirely correct UtwigMU.we won 2 friendly matches against them recently
Slovenia did win the first match 6-4 but Denmark won the second match 3-2.
Anyway beating USA 5-2 in the World Championships is the biggest thing ever to happen in danish icehockey. We have come a long way since we got spanked 0-47 by Canada.
