        From my experience this is the drinking ranking:

        1st : Polish
        2nd : Australians
        3rd : Russians

        if you add pot to the drinking the ranking goes as follows:

        1st: spanish
        2nd: italians
        3rd: french

        this is merely based on my personal experience

            hmmm...drslump, I was thinking to what you're reffering in
            if you add pot to the drinking the ranking goes as follows:

            but haven't come to any good conclusion (alternatively dictonaries here doesn't include what you're reffering to...).
            Little hint maybe?
