Being from the the us "nads" are the same as testicals for clarification...(so when you ask the wrong guy to lick his, that's why you'll be flat on your back with a hurt jaw )
But I must agree...a lot of dishes that are foreign or unusual may make the American apllet and sotmach a bit squimish, personally I'll try anything at least once...but I think this is the same for people all over the world...Like not long ago I know in some European countries the thought of eating corn was unappealing because this was fed as part of the slop for pigs...

Well, a nad is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme important in many biological oxidation reactions.
Taking the other definition, if the said American tourist in a cowboy hat is from SF, it's possible he may reply to your invitation with an enthusiastic "Yeth, pleathe!"
Originally posted by Umfriend I have tried to find "nads" in a number of sources "Webster's new trentieth century dictionary" being the largest I have, but can not find it. What are nads?
I had a friend in high school who played on a soccer team named "Nads"... Whenever you cheered for them, you would yell Go ___!! (You fill in the blank... )
hint: Try searching for gonads and you might find what you're looking for... Or not.
