  • How did YOU hear of Murc?

Ok, just curious, how did you hear of Murc? and what made you join?

For me, Leech was sent 2 G200's by mistake and sold one to me. I loved it, but always wondered about the OGL driver. He was on this board already, and he sent me the link. I have been here ever since. Wow, that was a long time ago.

I was looking at a new graphics card and though the G400 looked pretty nice, so I searched for more information and ended up here

I needed a video card, and a friend gave me his G400Max and told me about MURC.

Actually, a certain chicken (and sometimes Leech) would always send me links to forums while I was at work. I remained a lurker for quite a while before I actually became a Murcer.

Remember my first OGL problem Byock? (I think you had the same problem) I called Matrox Tech support and they suggested MURC. Blame them for introducing me here!

I found the boards while trying to get OpenGL to work, wondering what I was doing wrong. Silly me.

same here. I think I visited MURC the first time in late 1999 or 2000.
