    Just spotted this women pulling loads of rubbish from the wheel arch of her car and leaving it all over the road.
    She looked rather stunned when I suggested that instead of driving off she cleared it up. Surprisingly didn't she resort to abuse and threw the rubbish into the wheelie bin I promptly produced.
