For once the police have got something right. 
A little ignorant Bastard down the road from where I live, I don't like him becuase he one tried to drive me off the road quite deliberatly as well, has got got a ticket for no road tax.
Since the bastard also likes parking on the pavement and blocking it, well used too, until he met me drunk, anyway I'm very happy about it. Hopefully they tow it away and crush it.
One thing they did miss.
They didn't also give him a ticket for parking the wrong way on a way street.
