listened to Hackers soundtrack on my way into work today.
will be listening to a medley of blues (KWS, Burnside, etc.), oldies (Aretha Franklin, Chuck Berry, etc.), 80s stuff (take your pick from any 80s movie, especially those with John Cusack), rock (the Boss, etc.), and throw in a little tek/elek (Prodigy, Chemical Bros, Eiffel 65, Fatboy Slim, various DJs) -- basically whatever I have ripped to my laptop.
will probably throw in Republica on my way out of work.
Buckaroo, the President's on line 1, calling about is everything okay with the alien space bomb and Planet Ten, or should we just go ahead and destroy Russia?
Tell him yes on one and no on two.
Which was yes? The destroy Russia, or the, uh, number two?
The Internet - where men are men, women are men, and teenage girls are FBI agents!
I'm the least you could do
If only life were as easy as you
I'm the least you could do, oh yeah
If only life were as easy as you
I would still get screwed
Mr. Cash, and by now he deserves that respect, isn't new to crossing over nor to making powerful renditions and video's. Look up "Goin’ by the Book"; he stands there singing the song while the events of Revelations take place around him
Not to mention how, when appearing as a guest performer, he can steal the whole damned show as soon as he opens his mouth. Kinda like casting Jack Nicholson in a cameo role
Right now - HEY (or H.E.Y.)
some polish band with couple of...cult, it's best to say, songs.
And mainly because they've just played in mine town (days of it...) and I'm totally drunk right now (dammit, neither the doctor or the notes on it said that this medicine causes some intersesting reaction to alcohol with some wierd effects ;P)
Yiu can check it out - it has some songs in english too (though the best of their songs is "Moja i Twoja nadzieja" (translation: mine and yours hope) - in polish only - but you should see it (or hear it) when simply everybody were singin it (and not jus here, where just copule hundreds of people could sing it - probably you can find on p2p version from Przystanek Woodstock where well over one hundred thousand of people (perhap two hundred...perhaps more) is singing it with Nosowska)
