What, a contract with "thirty," "years," and "war" as separate words in it? Not that uncommon - I've written similar (e.g. a loan agreement for 30mln USD at LIBOR plus 30 basis points for 3 years, with one of the force-majoeur (sp??????) clauses being civil war...
