    Oh you're talking about work temperatures I see.

    90's are very rare hear happened only once in Sheffield at our station maybe more in the centre of town. At least at the moment it isn't humid thats starting tomorrow onwards.

            Hmmm...it's cold.
            Relatively.
            And from some time now.

            @Liz
            Perhaps, but look at it from this point of view: you've got at least rather warm there all the time, while here it's -20 in winter and +35 in summer
            At least spring and autumn are bearable...

            edit: and of course the kind of summer that is right now

                    Humidity: Yeah Houston in July was horrible outside when I was there a couple of years ago. At least the office, car, house, underground passageways etc are all air conditioned.

                        I'll probably get hit with a 100F heat wave for saying this, but we've had a very cool summer so far. I've only turned the A/C on once, and that was only for a few hours 'til sunset.

                          Sun hasn't come out yet so we're managing to reduce the heat. Whoah

                              39c in Barcelona, above 90% humidity. The guy on tv said that the hot sensation was about 45c and the worst thing is : it's true!
                              You can't touch any metal object that's been under the sun for more than 15 minutes. You'll get a blister.

                              Today two women that work with me (cleaning the streets) had to go to the hospital after they got unconscious. You have to drink lots of water to work under this sun. And following an sliming diet, like they are, doesn't help

                              ciao, ivan

                              [edit:] changed "buble burn" for "blister" thanks Greebe for telling me about it
