LOL! I tried! really I did! It just so happened that I didn't check MURC that weekend. Plus, I didn't want to scare you off by inviting you to my house. You may not have been bitter but you were bitten

Yeah. Like a part of California near a BART station.

I don't drive, by the way, so I'm kind of married to public transportation.

Ok, let's shoot for Wednesday night. I know a good sushi restaraunt, a great Thai restaraunt, a decent Indian restaraunt, pretty damn good chinese restaraunt, a couple of killer(as in good) italian places, and more...just let me know

BTW, Livermore isn't really considered a "tourist spot" of the bay area but it is becoming well known for it's great wine and wineries.

Beezer, you in? Have you talked to Xortam at all?

I thought about taking in a baseball game too. The Giants are in town and playing the Pirates on Wednesday night. However, I believe getting tickets for most Giants home games is a bit difficult. The A's are in town until Sunday playing the Yankees. If you get in town soon enough we could probably get tickets for that.

As far as where to meet in Livermore for dinner, let's have Helevitia choose since he knows the area best.

He is interested in joining us and will try to make it. However, I think he's probably about an hour drive away so it might be difficult.

I really like the Thai food if that's OK with you guys? I'm thinking we can meet in front of Oboy's hotel at 6:30pm? It's an easy place to get to. It's right off of 580. Take the Airway Blvd Exit. Go North over the freeway, make a right at the light, make the next right. Hotel is on the left. Personally, I'm not a huge Baseball fan, but don't let me stop you guys from making plans and going. I'll pm you guys my cell number and email.

Thai food is fine by me and I'm sure it'll be fine for Oboy. I'll plan to be there at 6:30pm. He probably does not have internet access at his train class, so he will rely on cell phone to get info. He has my cell number and I have his. Pm me if you want to get hold of him.

Paulcs: Let us know if you'd like us to pick you up from the Dublin BART station -- it's pretty close.
