Mag isn't everything. Adding mag to something as small as a 62mm refractor is likely just to create a larger and more distorted image.
I'd probably save my money and just get one of Meades small Maksutovs like the ETX 90, 105 or 125. They'll deliver higher quality images, can be directly connected to a 35mm SLR with a T adaptor and have motor drives built in. Nice scopes.
