Oh, and Tao Feng is good too, if you like fighting games.

Dead or Alive 3.
Dead or Alive eXtreme Beach Volleyball (If you become a fan of DoA).
Knights of the Old Republic (as Gurm said).
Some up and coming games you might wanna play:
Ninja Gaiden (Remake of originals here, not the old ones! )
Dead or Alive Online (again, only if you are a fan of DoA)
XBOX is too ... big and ugly. I've rented a GC with some games for a few days and i really liked it. I really loved WaveRace! It was my favourite game on the N64, and it is fantastic on the GC. Especially with stormy weather, rain and fog - it looks amazing!
Don't buy Dead or Alive eXtreme Beach Volleybal. RENT it first, cause I hear that it's quite a boring game.
And I'm with Gurm, X-Box is evil. GC is better. (Ahem, F-Zero GX, Soul Caliber II and get a gameboy player for your GC and get Advance Wars 2, tis an EXCRELLENT war strategy game, similar to Axis and Allies but with a tons of maps and a tons of good characters. Anyways...

Assuming you wanna play around with some computer "dolls", or have happened to gotten into DoA, then DoAXBV is fine for time out games rather than play till you finish. It's not boring assuming you have interest as they say.
XBox is the worst thing to happen to gaming in years. I blame it squarely for the loss of Sega in the gaming market, which was a crippling blow.
90+% of XBox games are pathetic retreads of games for other systems, or PC games. The one or two REAL standouts (Halo, KOTOR) eventually make their way to other platforms. And let's face it, Halo is nothing new. It's squad-based combat. We've already got that in a dozen other games. I mean, c'mon Looking Glass did that on the PC in 1995 with Terra Nova, and Sierra did it with Tribes.
The GameCube is the most promising system out there. If Nintendo would make more games for it...

Best thing I like playing on it is American football like Madden
I got Colin McRae Rally 3, and perfer the PC verison over the Xbox verison.
I signed up for Xbox live and tried it out a couple times and I haven't touched in months since then.
Kinda a waste of money for me.....perfer gaming on the PC...which I've been doing since 1986 or so on a Commodore 64 and my last console before the Xbox was an Atari 5200 LOL :P
though I would like to see something like a Grand Tersimo 3 for the Xbox though....
Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

It's frustrating for me too, that and ther lack of cash to buy any. I need a better paying job. We're the Quebecor that makes the least, by like 4$ an hour. Anyways.
