blah, preying on the flies is a good thing. Especially if it's done by a spider in front of the only bigger air inflow to the room.
hmm...wonder if the net is still there...

gawd if its preying on flies let it go sick on em!

about 2 hours ago... i was minding my own business busy at work then a small fly flew in my left eye! i start running like a blind madman to the toilets to flush the thing out... but no its gone right to the back of my eye... i have to use some toilet paper to get it out... because it finally resurfaces to the front of my eye.... after my left eye has poured the sink up with my tears (might be a bit exagerating there...) for about 20 minutes...so i use toilet paper... and nooooo... at work they dont use nice fluffy tiolet paper... they use 10cents per 100000 metre sandpaper crap dont they! argh!

now i have one big red eye... and every i see is like "oh what happened to your eye.... it looks awful.... blah blah blah..."

          ARGH!

damn i want revenge! ill buy that fly eater off you liz! PLEASE!

Well if its only got 6 legs, It cant bloddy well be a spider, can it?

Lizz, there are more varierity within a single order of insects, than in the rest of the world combined. Im hard pressed to tell You the name of the insect (and Im no entomologist).

But 6 legs = NOT a spider. Dont worry.

Theres a lot of predatorial insects around, but its more likely to just eat dead (or dying) insects. Sure those flies werent allready dead - or at the very least dying? THere is a lot of types of fungi that penetrates the exoskeleton as spores - for then to evolve and slowly displace the flie from its own body. The flies usually first succumb when the fungi releases its spores - this causes the flie to burst - and the new fungi spores to be spread in a circle around the poor critter.

Nope, Alien the movie wasnt that new - only the fact that it involved humans.

Praying Mantis's have got to be the coolest insects ever, they are my favourite actually.

Just the way it stands waiting ever so patiently is just amazing.

                            Cheers,
