In this country you've always supposed to stop at a Zebra crossing. A lot of drivers are unaware of this.
The way I see it theres two problems of education or lack of it. Children and some Drivers. Sadly the pc crowd create media frenzies, no doubt they get something out of this, and the car driver is always 100% to blame. Until both sides of the problem are dealt with and not just one, children will still get killed or injured.
I find it very annoying that these pc crowds think that children have the right to play out on main bus road or a busy street. I was told never to play out on the road because it's busy. In those days you also got a clip if you didn't do what you're told.
The pc crowd have led to an increasing amount of stupidity at increasing ages. I was watching two fifthteen years old playing football on a busy main road when the park was less than five minutes away.
