                    The bit of wood... is just that. It's actually the remains of a bookcase I took apart that was going to be sawn in half and put under the two computers so that they weren't resting directly on the carpet and sucking in dusk... but I never quite got around to it so it is indeed a handy footrest

                      My desktop and central heat are posted here

                      Some day I might actually get serious and finish my new system (it's been over a month and nothing has changed (except for the weather. I've got the windows all closed now))
