According too our local wragg our beloved home secretary has chosen Sheffield his home town to start this scheme.
Hopefully this will have more impact than operation "no impact" last year which consisted of increased invisable policemen.
The wragg claims that the decision has been made following the increase use of dangerous fireworks in the last few weeks result in blown telephone boxes, Lamposts destroyed and one pub having seven windows blown in shortly after closing time. Yet despite these odd loud explosions which wouldn't out of place in Iraq (They could be the missing wmd) it's been the quitest run in to bonfire night for over a decade.
The same wragg ran a story a few weeks ago saying no one knew what these loud explosions were. Any idiot could clearly see the puffs of smoke in the air if they looked.
